"Shipping was honestly faster than I expected"
I ordered from JOLYN thinking it might take a bit to arrive, but it actually showed up super quickly. I got the tracking info right away too, which was nice. No problems at all, I’m just really glad it got here before I needed it

I really like JOLYN suits and the styles are cute, but it’s kind of frustrating how often the colors and sizes I want are sold out. I’ll check back later and it’s still gone, or there are only random sizes left. It makes it hard to actually buy what I’m looking for. I just wish they restocked more often.

I ordered from Jolyn for swim practice and even after checking my order confirmation email and receipt, I was still kind of surprised by how good it ended up being. The fit feels secure without being too tight, and the fabric doesn’t rub or get uncomfortable after a while. I’ve worn it several times now and it still feels great every time. Really happy with it

"Wrong size arrived when I was in a rush"
I was in a hurry and really needed this to work out, but the wrong size showed up. Frustrating since I didn’t have much time to deal with an exchange.

"Easy enough to use"
The site was simple to browse. Filters helped a lot. Checkout was a little slow to load for a minute, but it went through fine in the end. No big issues.

"Helpful customer service"
I had a small problem with my order. Customer service replied fast. They were friendly and got it sorted out. It did take one more email than I expected. But overall, it was a good experience.

"Good value for the price"
I wore this swimsuit all summer and think it held up well, especially for the price. The straps are still in good shape and it didn’t stretch out on me. It did fade just a tiny bit, but not enough to make me regret buying it.

"Cute swimsuit, but a little scratchy"
I really like how this swimsuit looks on, and the style is super cute. I wore it to the pool last weekend, which was nice except I somehow forgot snacks and had to buy overpriced chips from the little stand there. Anyway, after swimming for a bit, the fabric started feeling kind of rough and scratchy on my skin. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. I still like the suit, just wish the material was softer.

"Stayed put during swim practice"
I wore this to swim practice and it stayed on really well, no slipping around or anything. The fabric feels sturdy in the water too, which is what you want, right? Only downside is that shipping took a little longer than I expected.

I ordered my regular size and it ended up fitting really well. It feels snug without being too tight, and it stayed in place while I was in the pool. I’m happy with it, especially since online sizing can be hit or miss. Seems like the sizing is accurate, right?

"Cute swimsuits, but waiting for a sale"
The swimsuits are really cute and I do like the fit, so I wanted to love them more. But the prices feel a little too high for what you’re getting. The quality is fine, not bad at all, just not so amazing that I’m excited to pay full price. I feel like I’m being forced to be patient and wait around for a sale, which is kind of annoying because I’d probably buy more if the pricing made more sense.

"Easy exchange, refund was a little slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from Jolyn, so I had to do an exchange. The process was easy, easy, and the steps were clear the whole way through. I was able to find the return shipping info without digging around too much, and my replacement showed up without any real hassle. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the refund for one item took longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, just slower than expected. Overall though, it was still a good experience.
